Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellations by SGE
If a class is cancelled by Simplify Global Education, students will receive a full refund.
Student Cancellations Before Account Creation
Students may cancel their registration at no cost before their Simplify Student Account is created. Once the account is created, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
Class Transfers and Fund Usage
After registration, students may transfer to another current or future class. However, any unused funds will expire six months from the original registration date.
Billing and Cancellation Deadlines
Students are billed every two months. To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the upcoming billing deadline.

Diversity and Inclusivity Policy
Purpose
Simplify Global Education (SGE) is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and empowering environment where all individuals are valued and treated with dignity. This Diversity and Inclusivity Policy affirms our zero-tolerance stance on discrimination and harassment, ensuring that all programs, operations, and interactions uphold the principles of equity, respect, and inclusion.
Scope
This policy applies to all individuals involved with SGE, including employees, volunteers, program participants, contractors, vendors, and any other individuals professionally affiliated with our organization.
Policy Statement
SGE maintains a proactive, zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination and harassment. Discriminatory behavior based on any of the following characteristics is strictly prohibited: race, ethnicity, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital or family status, amnesty or immigration status, or military or veteran status. This commitment extends to every aspect of our operations, including recruitment, employment, volunteer involvement, service delivery, and vendor partnerships. We strive to create an environment that welcomes and celebrates diversity in all its forms. All members of the SGE community are expected to actively engage in and promote inclusive, respectful practices in their roles.
Complaint and Resolution Procedure
- Immediate Reporting: Concerns may be reported to a supervisor, the Human Resources department, or any trusted member of leadership.
- Confidential Investigation: SGE will conduct a prompt and thorough investigation, maintaining confidentiality to the extent possible.
- Corrective Action: If a claim is substantiated, appropriate corrective measures will be implemented to address the issue and prevent recurrence.
Anti-Retaliation Policy
SGE strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports discrimination or harassment, participates in an investigation, or asserts their rights under this policy or applicable laws. Any retaliatory action will result in disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of employment or other professional relationship with SGE.
Responsibilities and Enforcement
All individuals associated with SGE are responsible for understanding and adhering to this policy. Noncompliance may result in disciplinary action, including suspension, termination, or discontinuation of any formal affiliation with SGE.
Review and Updates
This policy is reviewed annually and revised as needed to reflect legal developments, organizational priorities, and evolving community standards. Updates reinforce our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and equitable environment for all.
